(NASDAQ Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) has been informed that on August 11th, 2014 the share of BlackRock, Inc. in Century Casinos, Inc. fell below the threshold of 4% of voting rights. BlackRock, Inc. is now holding 969.787 shares or 3.98% of Century Casinos, Inc. The shares are held by the controlled undertaking BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. The number of total outstanding shares and total voting rights of Century Casinos, Inc. is 24.381.057.
