ams announces start of additional acceptance period of takeover offer for OSRAM
Acceptance level of 59.3% achieved during the main offer period\nAdditional acceptance period to run from 11 until 24 December 2019, 24.00 CET\nams encourages OSRAM shareholders to tender into the Offer during the additional acceptance period\nFinal results of the Offer will be published on 2 January 2020\nPremstaetten, Austria (11 December 2019) -- ams (SIX: AMS), a leading worldwide supplier of high performance sensor solutions, announces the start of the additional acceptance period in context of its all-cash takeover offer for OSRAM Licht AG ("OSRAM") (the "Offer"). ams has achieved an acceptance level of 59.3% during the main offer period for OSRAM. The additional acceptance period is due to run from 11 December until 24 December 2019, 24.00 CET.
ams encourages OSRAM shareholders which have not already done so during the main offer period, to tender their OSRAM shares into the Offer during the additional acceptance period. The final results of the Offer will be published on 2 January 2020.
