19.07.2026

Semperit: In the process of preparing Semperit AG Holding’s half-year financial report, it has become apparent that EBITDA for Q2 2026 will be significantly higher than in the same quarter of the previous year and in the first quarter 2026. EBITDA (reported) for Q2 2026 is currently expected to be around EUR 40 million (Q2 2025: EUR 19.6 million, Q1 2026: EUR 26.8 million), while EBITDA for the first half of 2026 is expected to be around EUR 67 million (first half of 2025: EUR 30.7 million). In view of business performance to date, the earnings forecast for the full year has been raised. Operating EBITDA (excluding project costs of approximately EUR 5 million) is now expected to be approximately EUR 100 million (previous guidance: approximately EUR 95 million).
Semperit: weekly performance: 3.82%

Vienna Airport: The Flughafen Wien Group (Vienna Airport, Malta Airport and Kosice Airport) reported a stable development in the month of June 2026, showing a slight rise of 0.2% from the previous year to 4,099,311 passengers. As expected, the number of passengers handled by Vienna Airport in June 2026 declined, falling by 5.9% to 2,832,434 travellers. This decrease can be attributed to the reduction of low-cost carrier capacities and the reduced flight offering related to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East. In contrast, Malta Airport reported a 16.9% increase in passenger traffic in June 2026 to 1,079,703 travellers and Kosice Airport registered strong growth of 28.0% to 127,174 passengers. In the period January to June 2026, passenger volumes in the entire Flughafen Wien Group were up by 1.9% to 19,975,392 travellers.
Flughafen Wien: weekly performance: -1.20%
