21st Austria weekly - RBI (06/04/2024)

08.04.2024

Raiffeisen Bank International: At the Annual General Meeting of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), shareholders approved all resolutions proposed under the individual agenda items. Among other things, a dividend of EUR 1.25 per share for the 2023 financial year, which will be paid out on 11 April, 2024. CEO Johann Strobl gave a positive summary of the 2023 financial year despite the global challenges: “On the whole, we achieved or even exceeded the financial targets we set for the past financial year, and further strengthened our capital base. We would also like our shareholders to participate directly in RBI’s business success over the past year. Our proposal to the Annual General Meeting for a dividend of EUR 1.25 per share for 2023 takes account of the very challenging geopolitical environment. This is a significant increase on the previous year, but also maintains a strong capitalization which is very important in the current environment. I believe our proposal takes both objectives into account.”
RBI: weekly performance: 1.79%
