Frequentis: Eurocontrol, one of the Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) of four Eurocontrol member states – Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands –, selected Frequentis to provide its CWP as part of the MUAC fallback automation system. To ensure a high airspace capacity during fallback operations while maintaining safety levels, Eurocontrol's primary CWP will be mirrored by the fallback system, enabling controller requirements to be met in a similar way.

Warimpex: For Warimpex, the first half of 2023 was characterised by a further improvement in revenues and EBITDA and the progression of the construction activities in Krakow as planned. While a recovery is evident in the Hotels segment, interest rates remain high, property valuations are subject to high volatility, and the Russian rouble is being impacted by currency fluctuations. The currency has depreciated compared with the first half of 2022. Nevertheless, the Warimpex Group is reporting a slight profit of EUR 0.2 million. Total revenues improved by 31 per cent in the first half of 2023, coming to EUR 26.3 million. This can be attributed to higher revenues from the rental of office properties in Poland as well as the Avior Tower in St. Petersburg. After being completed last year, the latter has been fully occupied since January 2023. In contrast to the prior-year period, the Group conducted no real estate transactions in the first half of 2023. Nevertheless, EBITDA rose by 5 per cent to EUR 11.3 million thanks to the revenue increases.

Vienna Insurance Group (VIG): VIG achieved gross written premiums in the amount of EUR 7,306.7 million in the first half of 2023. This represents a significant increase of 10.8% compared to the previous year’s figure of EUR 6,595.1 million. All reportable segments show premium growth compared to the first half of the previous year. Poland, Extended CEE and Special Markets segments performed particularly well. The result before taxes increased significantly in the first half of 2023, improving by 118.4% to EUR 462.9 million (first half of 2022: EUR 212.0 million). The result in the previous year was strongly affected by interest rate developments during the reporting period and by measures in the amount of EUR 126.1 million in connection with the Russian government and corporate bond exposure of. By con-trast, a profit of EUR 20.3 million was generated in the 1st half of 2023 through the sale of Russian government and cor¬porate bonds.
VIG: weekly performance: 0.60%

S Immo: Total revenues of real estate company S Immo were EUR 161.4m, up from EUR 119.6m in the prior year. Rental income was EUR 93.9m (HY 2022: EUR 73.0m). This increase reflects the positive impact from acquisitions of higher-yielding properties. Revenues from hotel operations rose to EUR 31.4m (HY 2022: EUR 23.7m), and the result from hotel operations rose to EUR 8.0m (HY 2022: EUR 5.2m) as travel across Europe recovered strongly. Gross profit improved by more than 35% to EUR 86.0m, while EBITDA rose by almost 40% to EUR 68.1m.
