Earnings after taxes are almost twice as high as in the previous year and amount to 8.1 mn euros (vs 4.6 mn in 2018). The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of Euro 0.60 per share at the current general meeting. However, the current special situation - due to the corona virus - may make it necessary in the short term to present a modified dividend proposal to the general meeting.
SW Umwelttechnik: weekly performance: 14.29%

AT&S: Austrian AT&S, technology leader in the printed circuit boards industry, supplies live-saving technologies. A key element in the treatment of patients suffering from COVID-19 is the supplemental administration of oxygen with the help of ventilators. The availability of such ventilators shows a bottleneck in many countries that can quickly become life threatening for the sick. "Since the global outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for printed circuit boards for ventilators has increased enormously," says AT&S CEO Andreas Gerstenmayer. AT&S has become an important part of the global supply chain for ventilator technology in recent weeks. At AT&S, teams are now working around the clock to supply the required components for such life-saving devices in sufficient quantities. According to Gerstenmayer, the printed circuit boards are not only integrated into devices from established manufacturers, there is also strong demand from national institutions. "Our location in India was defined by the Indian government as "manufacturer of essential goods for the State of India" because we made it possible at short notice to adjust the production to printed circuit boards for life-saving ventilators,” says Gerstenmayer. "AT&S is involved in many projects and products for life-saving technologies," says Gerstenmayer. "In addition to important interconnection technology in ventilators, we supply important components for communication systems in emergency vehicles and generally for communication systems that are currently of enormous importance because they have to be fail-safe to meet the product requirements."
AT&S: weekly performance: 22.38%
