ams: ams, worldwide supplier of high performance sensor solutions, announces that following today’s increase in the price of its all-cash takeover offer for 100% of the share capital of Osram Licht AG to 41.00 Euro per Osram share ams now holds 14.69% of all Osram shares as a direct shareholding including shares unconditionally bought today but not counting the shares already tendered into the Best and Final Offer. This makes ams the largest shareholder in OSRAM based on the latest information available. As the Best and Final Offer will expire on 1 October 2019, 24:00 CEST, ams continues to urge all remaining Osram shareholders to tender their shares prior to 1 October 2019 to ensure they capitalise on this superior offer.

voestalpine: For the first time, voestalpine has successfully placed a syndicated environmental credit rating (ESG) of over one billion euros with its 13 most important banking partners. This sustainability loan has a term until 2024 and replaces the previously syndicated loan. The ESG rating is provided by ESG rating agency Sustainalytics, which has been evaluating the sustainability of companies for more than 25 years.

Warimpex: After the acquisition of a former hotel property in the German city of Darmstadt in spring this year, Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG is pleased to announce the re-opening as “The Hotel Darmstadt”. The eco-lifestyle conference hotel will be managed by Cycas Hospitality. The first guests were welcomed at the beginning of September, and Warimpex's latest hotel acquisition is now contributing to the revenues of the real estate developer and investor. Through a further refurbishment programme, it will be transformed and relaunched under Accor’s new greet brand in autumn 2020. The first hotel of this new sustainable and non-standardized brand opened in Beaune, France, in September. The hotel in Darmstadt will be the first greet hotel in Germany. The 29,000 square metre hotel property has reserves for the development of additional premium office and commercial space, which Warimpex will soon begin developing.
