Valneva: Biotech company Valneva announced that it intends to delist from the Vienna Stock Exchange (VSE) in order to focus on the best capital markets for life science companies and increase liquidity by centralizing trading on Euronext Paris. David Lawrence, Valneva’s Chief Financial Officer, commented, “We would like to thank all of our long-term Austrian shareholders for their continued support and encourage them to trade on Euronext Paris, which is an excellent platform for biotech stocks in Europe. Vienna will continue to be an essential operational hub, but we need to focus on the best capital markets for life sciences to support our ambitious growth plans. We strongly believe that this decision benefits shareholders in the long run.” Valneva’s ordinary shares have been listed on the VSE since May 28, 2013 and admitted to trade on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) in the Prime Market (ISIN FR0004056851). They are further listed on Euronext Paris (compartment B) where they will continue to trade. Valneva’spreferred shares (ISIN FR0011472943) are traded on the VSE’s Third Market Segment (MTF) and on Euronext Paris.

AT&S: AT&S confirmed the EBITDA margin expected for the financial year 2018/19 but slightly adjusted revenue forecast. Based on the accumulated revenue development in the current financial year, the current market development and the projection for the remaining months, the Management Board now expects revenue growth of around 3% (previously 6 to 8%) for the financial year 2018/19. In addition, the Management Board confirms an EBITDA margin of 24 to 26%, which is primarily supported by measures to enhance efficiency and productivity, and a higher-value product portfolio for IC Substrates. The currently weak demand for smartphones and in the automotive segment was cushioned by the well diversified product, technology and customer portfolio as well as the successful entry into the IC substrates business. In spite of the global political framework conditions and the resulting market developments, AT&S has a solid position with its product, technology and customer portfolio. The Management Board still sees very good opportunities in the medium term to ensure that the development of AT&S is also positive in the future. The diversification strategy and investments in new business segments are already starting to pay off in the present environment.
AT&S: weekly performance: -2.88%

Immofinanz: Austrian real estate company Immofinanz AG plans to issue fixed rate senior unsecured notes and mandated several banks to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings across Europe. Immofinanz targets an issue amount in benchmark size. The net proceeds of the issue of the Notes will be used for the refinancing of existing debt and general corporate purposes. The management of Immofinanz expects an investment grade rating in relation to the Notes and Immofinanz, assuming a successful refinancing of outstanding secured debt after the issuance of the Notes in benchmark size.
Immofinanz: weekly performance: 6.17%
