(NASDAQ Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) has been informed that on September 4th, 2014 the share of Ariel Investments, LLC in Century Casinos, Inc. exceeded the threshold of 10% of voting rights. Ariel Investments, LLC is now holding 2.459.064 shares or 10.09% of Century Casinos, Inc. The number of total outstanding shares and total voting rights of Century Casinos, Inc. is 24.381.057.
