Vienna Airport: In the first quarter of 2025, total passenger volume increased in the Flughafen Wien Group (Vienna Airport and the international strategic investments in Malta Airport and Kosice Airport) compared to the first quarter of 2024. In Q1/2025, the Flughafen Wien Group (Vienna Airport Group) generated revenue of € 225.9 million, comprising a year-on-year increase of 7.4% from the first quarter of 2024. EBITDA rose to € 81.3 million compared to the prior-year level and EBIT climbed to € 48.7 million. The Group net profit before non-controlling interests rose to € 39.9 million in Q1/2025. The cash flow from operating activities totalled € 95.2 million (Q1 2024: € 68.2 million). In this regard, the earlier disbursement of payments for incentives compared to the previous year in Q1/2024 must be taken into consideration.
Flughafen Wien: weekly performance: -1.10%

AT&S: AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards, increased revenue slightly in an overall difficult market environment. In comparison to the prior-year period, consolidated revenue rose slightly to € 1,590 million in the financial year 2024/25 (PY: € 1,550 million). AT&S recorded positive volume development during the reporting period, which compensated for the persistent high price pressure for both printed circuit boards and IC substrates. EBIT rose from € 31 million to € 277 million. The EBIT margin amounted to 17.5% (PY: 2.0%). Finance costs – net declined from € -50 million in the previous year to € -83 million primarily due to higher interest expenses. Driven by the sale of the plant in Korea, profit for the year increased from € -37 million to € 90 million.
AT&S: weekly performance: 5.20%

Polytec: The POLYTEC GROUP's earnings after tax amounted to EUR 1.0 million in the first quarter of 2025 (Q1 2024: minus EUR 1.4 million). This corresponds to earnings per share of EUR 0.04 (Q1 2024: minus EUR 0.07). After the net result had been negative for several quarters, earnings after tax took a significant turn positive in the months of January to March 2025. The POLYTEC GROUP's consolidated sales revenues in the first three months of 2025 amounted to EUR 181.4 million. Compared to the first quarter of 2024, Group sales revenues increased by 5.3% or EUR 9.1 million (Q1 2024: EUR 172.3 million). From today's perspective, the management of POLYTEC Holding AG expects planned consolidated sales revenues in the range of EUR 650 million to EUR 700 million for the 2025 financial year and is targeting an EBIT margin of around 2% to 3%. The measures introduced in previous periods to increase operational efficiency are showing improvements and are expected to take full effect in the course of the year. The POLYTEC GROUP has a strong market position within and outside the automotive sector and is confident for the future.
