RBI: According to a news agency report, the Austrian bank Raiffeisen intends to acquire Garanti Bank Romania from BBVA for approximately 1.2 times its book value. Based on the 2025 balance sheet, this would equate to a price of around €550 million. Bloomberg, citing anonymous sources, further reports that negotiations are at an advanced stage and that Raiffeisen is close to reaching an agreement with the Spanish parent company.

Andritz: Koro Viet Nam Tissue Paper Joint Stock Company has awarded international technology group ANDRITZ a contract to supply two tissue production lines for its mill in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, supporting the company’s entry into the tissue market. Start-up is planned for the first half of 2027. The value of the order will not be disclosed. It is included in ANDRITZ’s order intake for the fourth quarter of 2025.
