RBI: The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) has decided to realign the distribution of responsibilities within the bank’s Management Board and has appointed two new members to the Management Board team: The CFO function will once again constitute a dedicated board area and will be assumed by Kamila Makhmudová. Rainer Schnabl will become responsible for CIB Products & Solutions, succeeding Łukasz Januszewski. The retail agenda will be taken over by CEO Johann Strobl in the future.
