UBM: UBM Development AG celebrated the topping-out of the LeopoldQuartier Office in Vienna's 2nd district. This event marks an important point in the development of Europe's first urban quarter in wood-hybrid construction. The final completion of the LeopoldQuartier Office is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025. "Wood is the building material for the 21st century. With the LeopoldQuartier Office, Vienna is proving its pioneering role not only in residential construction, but also in future-oriented offices," says Thomas G. Winkler, CEO of UBM Development AG.
