CPI Europe: CPI Europe Group (former Immofinanz) is selling an office and retail complex in the Slovak capital to WOOD & Company, thus taking another step in its strategic portfolio optimisation. The transaction will create a new investment opportunity for WOOD & Company's clients, combining stable yields with future development potential.   The property portfolio comprises two myhive office buildings, a VIVO! shopping center and a 3,200 sqm plot of land with potential for residential development.

In doing so, Wioniq not only combines the expertise of these specialist businesses but also establishes a platform for expansion in the infrastructure sector for water and energy management.
