21st Austria weekly - EVN, Strabag, RBI (18/12/2025)

21.12.2025

EVN: Revenue recorded by the EVN Group rose by 3.8% to EUR 3,000.0m in 2024/25. This development resulted primarily from positive volume and price effects from the supply companies in Bulgaria and North Macedonia and from the distribution network companies in all three EVN core markets. The cooler temperatures in the winter half year were also responsible for an increase in revenue at EVN Wärme. These developments were contrasted by a price- and volume-related decline in revenue from the marketing of renewable generation and natural gas trading. EBIT rose to EUR 490.9m in 2024/25 (previous year: EUR 404.3m).
EVN: weekly performance: 5.40%

Strabag: The Management Board of construction group STRABAG SE hereby informs that the discussions with VIACAMA AG (formerly VAMED AG) have been terminated and that STRABAG will therefore not acquire VKMB Krankenhausmanagement und Betriebsführungsges.m.b.H., the company operating Vienna General Hospital (AKH).
Strabag: weekly performance: 0.00%

RBI: The Arbitration Court of the Kaliningrad Region has rendered its verdict in the second lawsuit filed by the EU sanctioned entity MKAO Rasperia Trading Limited against Strabag SE, Strabag’s Austrian core shareholders and AO Raiffeisenbank, Raiffeisen Bank International’s (RBI) wholly owned Russian banking subsidiary. The court decided that STRABAG and its Austrian core shareholders are liable to pay EUR 339 million to Rasperia and that the verdict can be enforced against AO Raiffeisenbank’s assets. AO Raiffeisenbank will appeal this verdict with suspensive effect.
RBI: weekly performance: 0.43%
