21st Austria weekly - ATX TR in week 22 up 1,68%, RHI Magnesita up 25%, SBO wins Vienna Stock Exchange Award (03/06/2023)

After a series of bad weeks we saw in week 22 a little bit of a comeback in the ATX TR, which gained 1,68 percent to 6831 points. Because of a cash offer RHI Magnesita came out as the best stock of the week with 25 percent up. On Thursday, eleven companies were honoured in the festive ambience of the Palais Niederösterreich. The occasion: the most important recognition of the Austrian capital market – the Vienna Stock Exchange Award. Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment was able to achieve a premiere victory this year: After three third places in the ATX category in 2011, 2012 and 2017 and a further third place in 2020 (Journalist Prize), the company managed to hit the big time in the prime category.

These are the best-performers this week: RHI Magnesita 25,1% in front of Warimpex 11,29% and Marinomed Biotech 7,76%. And the following stocks performed worst: Kapsch TrafficCom -18,03% in front of UBM -7,14% and VIG -5,8%.

Further highlights this week: Immofinanz for 5 days in a row up (6,56% gain from 15,24 to 16,24), also Erste Group 3 days up (4,45% gain from 30,14 to 31,48), S Immo 3 days up (8,59% gain from 11,18 to 12,14), Rosenbauer 3 days up (5,81% gain from 31 to 32,8), Agrana 3 days up (5,59% gain from 17 to 17,95), CA Immo 3 days up (5,79% gain from 25,05 to 26,5), Polytec Group 3 days down (4,9% loss from 5 to 4,75), Pierer Mobility 3 days down (5,14% loss from 77,8 to 73,8).

Best-performers year-to-date as of now: Immofinanz 39,76% (last year: -48,45 percent) followed by Flughafen Wien 39,72% (last year: 21,62 percent) and DO&CO 30,93% (last year: 19,57 percent). And the worst-performing stocks year-to-date: Marinomed Biotech -18,79% (Vorjahr: -35,91 percent), followed by Bawag -13,69% (Vorjahr: -8,12 percent) and Verbund -13,48% (Vorjahr: -20,48 percent).

High above the MA200: Flughafen Wien 27,21%, Immofinanz 24,64% and DO&CO 24,26%.
Down under the MA200: S Immo -25,77%, Kapsch TrafficCom -18,36% and Verbund -16,74%.
