Marinomed: Bernd Braunstein will support the Management Board of Austrian listed pharma company Marinomed as Corporate Counsel "in all legal matters, from corporate governance to partnership agreements and capital market law issues", as the company announces. Braunstein most recently worked at Wienerberger AG.
