CA Immo: Austrian real estate company CA Immo has signed a lease with the international company Batist Medical Holding for 1,000 sqm in Missouri Park office building which is currently under construction.

RHI Magnesita: RHI Magensita, the leading global refractory supplier and Callista Private Equity GmbH successfully completed the sale of the following two legal entities: Norwegian RHI Normag AS, located in Porsgrunn, and Irish Premier Periclase, located in Drogheda, both of which predominantly produce magnesia based products for the fertilizer, animal feed, hydrometallurgical, pulp and paper, and environmental and refractory industries. Effective February 1st 2021, the companies were transferred into ownership of Callista. RHI Magnesita explains the selling decision with its ongoing global network optimization.

Frequentis: Frequentis, an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centers with safety-critical tasks, announces preliminary, unaudited figures for the 2020 financial year. Increased digitalisation efforts such as project acceptance via video, virtual customer meetings, and webinars enabled the company to maintain revenue at around Euro 300 mn (2019: Euro 303.6 mn) according to the preliminary figures. EBIT is expected to increase to around Euro 26 mn according to the preliminary figures (2019: Euro 17.2 min). The full impairment of deposits in the amount of Euro 30.9 mn already carried out in the first half of 2020 due to the insolvency of Commerzialbank Mattersburg is recognised in the financial result. Frequentis AG in Austria did not have to make use of Corona state aid. Due to delays in the awarding process caused by the pandemic, some orders were postponed until 2021: Order intake was around Euro 315 mn (2019: Euro 333.7 mn). The expectation for orders on hand as at 31 December 2020 is more than Euro 400 mn (31 December 2019: Euro 391.5 mn).
