Andritz: International technology group Andritz has received an order from Tata Projects Limited, India, to supply the technology and critical components for a seawater flue gas desulphurization plant (FGD) with wet stack and integrated seawater treatment for the Mundra thermal power station.
Andritz: weekly performance: 1.87%

CA Immo: Austrian real estate company CA Immo has concluded a lease agreement with the “Verband Pflegehilfe” (Nursing Aid Association) for around 1,600 m² of rental space in the new “Zig-Zag” office building in the urban development “Zollhafen Mainz”. Around one third of the office building developed by CA Immo is thus pre-let. The building is scheduled to go into operation at the end of 2020 and the expansion of the rental space will take place in 2021. CA Immo’s investment amounts to some 16 million euros in total. In the first nine months of 2020, CA Immo recorded solid growth in rental income of 7.7% to Euro 177.6 mn (1-3Q 2019: Euro 164.8 m).  The net result from rent after the first three quarters was € 159.5 m (1-3Q 2019: Euro 144.4 m), a rise of 10.5%on the previous year. Consolidated net income of Euro 88.0 m significantly below the previous year's figure – mainly due to the weaker revaluation result (30 September 2019: Euro 177.9 m). An FFO I of Euro 104.7 m was generated in the first nine months of 2020, 3.3% above the previous year’s value of Euro 101.4 mn. The yearly target for recurring earnings (FFO I) is unchanged >€ 126 m (yearly target for 2019: >Euro 125 mn).
CA Immo: weekly performance: 2.27%

Immofinanz: Real estate company Immofinanz rose tental income in the first nine month by 5.7% to Euro 215.1 mn due to the expansion of the portfolio through acquisitions and completions, but a crisis-related increase in the write-off of receivables in the asset management area, primarily in the second quarter, led to substantially higher property expenses. The results of asset management still improved by 3.3% to Euro 158.9 mn despite these write-offs. The pandemic had a negative influence on the valuation of investment property: revaluations totalled Euro -153.7 mn, compared with clearly positive results in the first three quarters of the previous year (Q1–3 2019: Euro 116.8 mn). This reduction represents roughly 3.0% of the total property portfolio. Net loss for the first three quarters of 2020 amounted to Euro -98.3 mn (Q1–3 2019: Euro 202.6 mn).
Immofinanz: weekly performance: 9.38%
