RBI: Wirecard, the global innovation leader for digital financial technology, and Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) announced an extensive cooperation in the area of financial services. Within the terms of the agreement, the two companies are jointly offering merchants in a total of 13 Central and Eastern European countries a complete range of financial services via the Wirecard Financial Commerce platform.

Uniqa Insurance Group: Management Board and Supervisory Board of Uniqa Insurance Group resolved  to merge Uniqa International as the transferring company and Österreich Versicherungen AG  as the acquiring company in the course of 2020 subject to attaining all regulatory approvals. Uniqa Insurance Group will remain the holding company until further notice. The goal of the restructuring resolved is to achieve the intended further simplification and streamlining of the Group structure, make the management of the Group more efficient, optimise the leadership structure as well as strengthen the customer-focussed organisation, the company said.
