Warimpex: Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG, a real estate development and investment company, together with Raiffeisen-Leasing sold the Hotel Dvořák in Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic to an international private investor. The closing took place on the 27th of February. The parties have agreed to keep the price confidential. The 4-star Hotel Dvořák, directly located on the Tipla River, with 126 rooms and suites, was opened by Warimpex in 1990 and expanded in the years 2003 and 2004.

Marinomed: Marinomed Biotech AG announced that the greenshoe option from the IPO of 39,000 shares at the offer price of Euro 75,00 per share was fully exercised. Erste Group Bank AG, acting as stabilising manager, has not conducted any stabilisation activities since the initial listing of the Marinomed shares on 1 February 2019.

VIG: Austrian based CEE insurance group Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) acquires 100 percent of the shares of Gothaer Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń (Gothaer TU). The transaction was closed on 28th February 2019 following approval by the local authorities. VIG purchases the company from the German Gothaer Group. Gothaer TU offers non-life insurance products mainly through brokers and agents. The company generated a solid premium volume of around Euro 170 mn in 2018. VIG now operates with five companies and four different brands in the Polish insurance market.
