wienerberger: wienerberger, a leading international provider of innovative, ecological solutions for the entire building envelope, in the fields of new build and renovation, as well as infrastructure in water and energy management, announces the successful acquisition of the Czech concrete pavement manufacturer Betonarna Lesonice s.r.o. This step increases the production capacity of concrete pavers and significantly enhances wienerberger’s presence in the Czech Republic, creating a platform for new growth. The acquisition of Betonarna Lesonice will add roughly € 10 million in revenue to wienerberger’s business in the mid-term. The contracting parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

CA Immo: Austrian real estate company CA Immo has agreed an extension to its lease with ZEIT Verlagsgruppe for around 750 sqm of rental space in the Grasblau office building in Berlin. This means that the Class A building on the Landwehrkanal in Berlin's city center, which has a total rental area of 13,400 sqm, is now fully let. At the same time, CA Immo is pressing ahead with campus development at this location with the redevelopment of a further office building with around 17,900 sqm of rental space.
