VIG: Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) has announced that Peter Thirring will assume the role of Chairman of the VIG Supervisory Board, effective 1st July 2025. The decision was made during the constituent meeting following VIG’s 33rd Annual General Meeting. Thirring will succeed Rudolf Ertl, who will remain on the Supervisory Board as Deputy Chairman.
