Vienna Airport: The Flughafen Wien Group (Vienna Airport Group) reported a positive development in the month of August 2025. Total passenger volume in the entire Group (Vienna Airport, Malta Airport and Kosice Airport) rose 3.7% year-on-year to 4,606,219 travellers. Passenger traffic at Vienna Airport climbed 2.3% to 3,407,359 in August 2025, the highest number of passengers handled by the airport in one single month in its entire history. On 3 August 2025, Vienna Airport recorded a total of 121,905 passengers, also a new all-time high for one day (2024: 115,989).
