CPI Europe: Radka Doehring and the Supervisory Board of CPI Europe AG agreed that Radka Doehring will leave the Executive Board as of 31 July 2025. The change is due to personal reasons and Radka Doehring will continue to work for the company and take on the role of an authorised signatory.   Until further notice, Executive Board member Pavel Měchura will take over the responsibilities of Radka Doehring on the Executive Board.   The Supervisory Board is looking for potential candidates to join the Executive Board.
CPI Europe AG: weekly performance: -0.71%

A1 Group: The A1 Telekom Austria Group increased revenues by 3.9 percent to EUR 2,685 million in the first half of the year. This growth was driven by higher revenues from both services and the sale of terminal equipment. The Group's EBITDA increased by 4.2 percent to EUR 999 million in the first half of 2025. EBITDA increased in all markets except Austria and Slovenia. According to the company, the EBITDA development was significantly influenced by strategic investments to build long-term customer loyalty and strengthen its market position – particularly in Austria. In the second quarter, Belarus made the largest contribution – both on a reported and operating basis – driven by strong growth in service revenues and consistent cost management. EBIT increased by 1.2 percent to EUR 401 million in the first half of 2025, and net profit for the period increased by 5.1 percent to EUR 277 million. CEO Alejandro Plater: "Despite the challenging market situation in our home market, we are recording robust commercial development in our key segments.
