Austriacard Holdings: Following the recent changes in the composition of the Management Board due to the resignation of Mr. Nikolaos Lykos (former Chairman of the Management Board), the Supervisory Board of Austriacard Holdings has appointed Mr. Mohamed Chemloul as the fifth member of the Management Board, effective as of July 15, 2025. His term of office runs until June 30, 2027, in alignment with the current terms of the other four Management Board members. In connection with his appointment, Mr. Chemloul has also been appointed Vice Chairman of the Management Board. Operationally, he will keep his current role as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
