21st Austria weekly - Andritz, RBI, Immofinanz (21/12/2023)

24.12.2023

Andritz: International technology group Andritz has received an order from Papel Prensa S.A. to supply a complete old corrugated containers (OCC) line including a reject handling system to its mill in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In its initial production phase, the new line will process 180 t/d of local OCC. The line's processing capacity can be easily increased through a minor adjustment to configuration to support the expected rise in pulp demand for the production of corrugated paper. The new line will provide high pulp quality at cost-efficient and resource-saving operation, with the latest technology available.
Andritz: weekly performance: 1.48%

RBI: Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) and ODDO BHF have agreed on a partnership in the areas of equity sales and equity research for Austria and CEE, aiming to pursue a joint growth strategy in the region. This collaboration allows RBI’s corporate clients to benefit from ODDO BHF Group’s distribution capabilities in the stock market, gaining access to over 800 institutional investors in Europe and the US. The entire equity sales and institutional equity research team of RBI will become part of the ODDO BHF platform, aiming to maintain a leading position in research for Austrian issuers, expand the universe in CEE, and leverage the expertise of a network of over 80 analysts.
RBI: weekly performance: 14.00%

Immofinanz: After an acquisition of complementary retail assets this year, Immofinanz is again expanding its retail portfolio in the Czech Republic with the acquisition of two properties from CPI Property Group S.A. (CPIPG). The Olympia Pilsen Shopping Center and a retail park are the two properties involved in the acquisition. They have a combined value of EUR 165.5 million and generate annual gross rental income of approximately EUR 12 million. The usable space in both fully rented properties totals roughly 49,200 sqm.
