Addiko: The Supervisory Board of Addiko Bank AG decided to extend the contract of CEO Herbert Juranek until year-end 2025. On the back of a successful 1.5 years of transformation under his leadership, the Supervisory Board wants to ensure continuity for the successful execution of the bank strategy and further value generation for all its stakeholders.

ams Osram: ams Osram, a global leader in optical solutions, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Clay Paky entertainment lighting business to Germany based ArriI AG. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. With this agreement, ams Osram implements the last of the divestments which the company had communicated to pursue following the acquisition of Osram. ams OSRAM will continue to focus on the high technology semiconductor business and its automotive & specialty lamps business and the announcement represents a further milestone in the implementation of ams OSRAM’s strategy to focus on core technology areas in illumination, visualization, and sensing and to divest businesses that are not core to the company’s strategy.

Frequentis: The Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In- Service Support (BAAINBw) and Frequentis signed a contract for the delivery of the complete system "Network Redesign and Obsolescence Elimination - IT Equipment Command and Control Centre National Air Defence / National Situation and Command Centre Security in Airspace". The project is scheduled for completion in 2025. The Frequentis command and control system supports the "National Situation and Command Centre for Security in Airspace", in securing German airspace. With the support of this system, security-critical scenarios such as unauthorised intrusion into airspace, aircraft hijackings, and terrorist attacks can be handled efficiently and effectively. For this purpose, nationwide data sources from the radars and radio sites of the German Armed Forces can also be accessed.

Wienerberger: The Wienerberger Group, provider of sustainable building materials and infrastructure solutions, announces  that it has submitted an offer to acquire selected core businesses of Terreal from its shareholders. Wienerberger intends to acquire Terreal’s business in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the USA. The businesses in Austria, Poland and Hungary remain under the ownership of the existing shareholders. Terreal is a successful European supplier of innovative roof and solar solutions headquartered in France.
