CA Immo: Austrian based real estate company CA Immo has concluded two long-term leases for around 6,200 m² of office space in the Grasblau office project in Berlin. The tenants are Zeit Digital GmbH, a subsidiary of ZEIT Verlag, with around 3,900 m² of rental space, and a company in the financial services sector with around 2,300 m² of rental space. With the conclusion of the lease agreements, the building, which has around 13,500 m² of rental space, is now pre-let to a good 50 % before completion. Completion is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2022. The overall investment made by CA Immo amounts to approximately Euro 71 mn.

Andritz: International technology group Andritz has successfully started up a new 950 t/d HERB chemical recovery boiler at JK Paper Limited, Unit: CPM at Fort Songadh, in the Tapi District of Gujarat state, India. The boiler is designed to process hardwood black liquor and enables environmentally friendly and more energy-efficient operation compared to the direct-contact evaporator boiler currently used at the mill. This will significantly increase the mill’s pulp production and power-to-heat-ratio. The boiler also features a unique air system to minimize air emissions.

Pierer Mobility: With 332,881 motorcycles (previous year: 270,407) sold in the 2021 financial year, Pierer Mobility (KTM, Husqvarna, Gasgas ...) achieved its 11th record year in a row and a sales volume increase of 23%. The executive board raises the revenue forecast for the 2021 financial year to Euro 2,020 mn - Euro 2,040 million (previous 2021 revenue forecast range: Euro 1,900 mn - Euro 2,000 mn). Furthermore, the executive board is raising the forecast for the EBIT margin to 9.0% - 9.5% (previous EBIT margin range for 2021: 8% - 9%).

UBM: Due to the record pipeline with a volume of € 1.2 billion in Germany alone and upcoming, further expansion steps, the management of real estate developing company UBM Development Deutschland GmbH has been expanded. Daniel Pfister, already Commercial Director and authorized signatory, has been appointed as the third member of the Management Board of UBM Germany, alongside Andreas Thamm (Chairman) and Werner Huber, with effect from January 1, 2022.
