Telekom Austria: A1 Telekom Austria Group In the 2018 financial year, A1 Telekom Austria Group saw an increase in revenues of 1.8%to Euro 4.47 bn. The company, in which the Austrian state also holds a 28.4 percent stake, said it booked a net profit of Euro 242.7 mn (-29,0 %) in 2018. Full-year earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), excluding restructuring costs, rose 1.6 percent to Euro 1.40 bn. All segments except from Slovenia and Belarus continued this growth, while investments in A1 Digital, included in the position ‘Corporate & other, eliminations’, had a negative impact on Group EBITDA, the company stated. Leading Austrian telecommunications and data services provider, majority-owned by Mexican America Movil, said it will propose to raise its dividend for 2018 Euro 0.21 per share (from Euro 0,20).
