Vienna Stock Exchange: The global market segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange continues to grow. The second largest segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange is being expanded with listings of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. US stocks and global shares of the two largest stock exchanges worldwide - by the value of the listed companies – can now be traded in Vienna. These include the lifestyle brand Fossil, the discount provider Groupon, the PC and printer manufacturer Hewlett Packard as well as the internet company Match Group, the hotel search engine Trivago and some others. In total, more than 580 securities from 24 countries are now tradable on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

RHI Magnesita: RHI Magnesita N.V. provided an update on the Integrated Tender Offer and announce the launch of the offer to minority shareholders of Magnesita Refratários S.A.. Under the terms of the Integrated Tender Offer, RHI Magnesita is offering the option between a cash only offer or cash plus shares of RHI Magnesita. If 100% of Magnesita’s minority shareholders tender their shares and elect for the cash plus shares consideration option, the Group will disburse approximately Euro 117 mn and issue up to 5,000,000 additional shares.
