(NASDAQ Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) has been informed that on August 1st, 2014 the share of Ariel Investments, LLC in Century Casinos, Inc. exceeded the threshold of 4% of voting rights. Ariel Investments, LLC is now holding 1.020.789 shares or 4.19% of Century Casinos, Inc. The number of total outstanding shares and total voting rights of Century Casinos, Inc. is 24.381.057.
