WEB Windenergie: WEB Windenergie AG is taking advantage of current marketing opportunities in Italy and has sold the Ariano wind farm, comprising 20 turbines with a total capacity of 84 MW, to Enel. The purchase price is approximately €145 million, and WEB will receive an additional €12.4 million in further payments, the company announced. According to WEB, the released funds will be used to expand its international project pipeline, including three wind power projects in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria with a total capacity of 143 MW, the Canadian Sugar Maple wind farm with 112 MW, and the Czech wind farms Rašnice and Břežany with a combined capacity of 64 MW.

RBI: Austrian based lender Raiffeisen Bank International posted a surge of 25% in net income for the first half of fiscal 2026. The bank reported a  consolidated profit of EUR 708 million (excl. Russia) and main revenues up 7% y-o-y to 3,255 mn Euro. The customer loans went up 6% to 107 bn Euro year-to-date (excl. Russia). The CET1 ratio is 15.5% (excl. Russia).
