Vienna Stock Exchange: The Vienna Stock Exchange reviewed its Austrian stock indices applying the respective rules and regulations. The following changes will take effect on Monday, 23 March 2020. Mayr-Melnhof, the world's largest producer of coated recycled fiber-based cartonboard, will replace the aircraft component manufacturer FACC in the Austrian leading index ATX. Mayr-Melnhof AG exceeds FACC AG with regard to the size of the free float capitalization. The shares of the cartonboard manufacturer were last represented in the leading Austrian index almost continuously between 1994 and 2014. In the ATX five, which comprises the five largest listed companies, Bawag replaces voestalpine. The five largest companies on the Vienna Stock Exchange are: Erste Group Bank AG, OMV AG, Verbund AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and Bawag Group AG.

Pierer Mobility: The shares of Pierer Mobility AG, leading manufacturer of "powered two-wheelers" with its globally known motorcycle brands KTM, Husqvarna and Gasgas, startet trading in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The aim of this measure is to increase the trading liquidity of the shares in the euro area.
Pierer Mobility AG: weekly performance: 3.23%

Zumtobel: The lightning company Zumtobel Group generated revenues of 871.1 mn in the first three quarters of the financial year, which corresponds to a slight increase of 0.8% compared with the previous year. This development was primarily driven by the D/A/CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with an increase of  3.1%.Group EBIT adjusted for special effects amounted to Euro 46.9 mn, which equals an increase of 96.2% compared to the prior-year period. The company thus increased the adjusted return on sales from 2.8% to 5.4%. This positive development of the Group’s profitability is attributable to the slight increase in revenues and cost savings. As opposed to the prior-year period, when the Zumtobel Group recorded a loss of Eueo minus 6.1 mn due to one-off restructuring effects, net profit for the first three quarters of 2019/20 was clearly positive and amounted to Euro 22.2 mn.
Zumtobel: weekly performance: -1.53%

voestalpine: voestalpine Böhler Welding, a leading global company in the field of welding technology and part of the technology group voestalpine, has acquired a majority stake in the traditional Italian manufacturer for welding machines Selco s.r.l.. With this, voestalpine Böhler Welding is further expanding its market position after the successful launch of the welding machine series in its “Böhler Welding” brand in June 2019.
