01.12.2019

CA Immo: Austrian real estate company CA Immo has signed two rental contracts for a total of around 4,800 m² of rental space at the MY.O office building complex in Munich, which is currently still under construction. The new tenants are the two consulting companies BPR Dr. Schäpertöns Consult GmbH (3,300 m²) and PARX Consulting GmbH (1,500 m²). With the conclusion of these leases, the building complex is now fully let, even before its completion. CA Immo’s investment in the project totals around Euro 101 mn.
CA Immo: weekly performance: 6.58%

Porr: According to preliminary unaudited figures for the first nine months of 2019, construction company Porr AG generated a result significantly below that of the previous year. On the basis of this information and the analysis initiated as part of the Porr 2025 Programme, the executive board is adjusting its profit expectation for the 2019 financial year. The earnings before taxes (EBT) in Q3 2019 amounts to Euro 14.4 mn and is significantly below the previous year. Based on the course of business to date and the current market assessment, the executive board expects earnings before taxes for the 2019 financial year to amount to around Euro 35 mn – assuming unchanged general conditions. Porr is in a consolidation year and has a recoverable order backlog. On this basis, the executive board assumes that the production output can continue to increase moderately. The executive board expects in the coming years a continuous improvement of the EBT margin. On the basis of the above mentioned figures and as of today's view, the executive board will propose to the shareholders' meeting a dividend of about Euro 0.40 per share (previous year Euro 1.1)
Porr: weekly performance: -23.82%
